Process flow for submitting query

• Select “Submit Query” option, and submit your details & the query.
• On receipt of the communication by us, you will receive “Enquiry No.” and acknowledgement by SMS/Email for your enquiry.
• The concerned Subject Matter Expert shall examine your enquiry and solution to resolve the same shall be communicated to you (email).
• You may be happy with the solution.
• If NOT, please revert back to us, using above steps and giving previous Enquiry No.
• You will receive the fresh Enquiry No. and concerned Subject Matter Expert will respond to your Enquiry.
• In case, you look for appointment with the Expert, You need to mention this in your Enquiry. We shall fix an appointment and let you know the appointment details.
• You will get the opportunity to discuss the matter with Subject Matter Expert to resolve your problem.
